Dr. Braun will offer explanations, through behavioural economics, to questions such as why individuals freely choose to pay for meals in restaurants even when they are not forced to, or why establishments with no admission fees such as museums and zoos, can often produce higher incomes.

Since studying Business Administration, Dr. Dirk Braun has gained diverse practical experience in the financial sector, which he continued later as a research assistant at RWTH Aachen University. Following his subsequent doctorate and work as a project leader at RWTH Aachen and head of finance at Trianel GmbH, Dr. Braun became a consultant and trainer in the operation of the banking and energy sectors.

The seminar is expected to take around 90 minutes.
