Details: Girls in Tech and Microsoft are organising a special evening workshop to introduce the Business Model Canvas (BMC) Methodology, on Tuesday 2 June at the Microsoft offices in Luxembourg-Clausen.
The BMC is an iterative and collaborative method allowing one to break down any organisational business model and showing how it delivers and captures value.
Before writing a long business plan, using BMC will help you to better visualise your business idea and see how you can make it work. BMC has become a reference method in the start-up world, but can be used for any organisation, including non-profit and social businesses. This innovative and efficient tool will also be used during the Start-up Weekend.
