Details: Chinalux Interactive Seminar on Doing Business in China
The China-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (Chinalux) has announced that it is holding an event on Wednesday 11 March from 18:00 - 21:00 at the JS Sushi & Grill Restaurant (5 Rue du St. Esprit, L-1475 Luxembourg) on the topic of DOING BUSINESS IN CHINA: effective business relationships and cultural awareness.
When doing business with people from China, there are cultural aspects that need to be taken into consideration. Mere business etiquette (a few words in Chinese, knowing how to hand someone a business card, etc.) will not get us far enough.
Beyond customs and habits, a real understanding of the person behind those customs, a willingness to learn from one another and a sense of what is important to our counterparts, will be the real stepping stones towards building mutual trust and with it, long and rewarding business relationships.
The event will take the form of an interactive seminar with exceptional speakers who, through their testimonials and advice, will demonstrate that it is possible to build solid business bridges toward mutual success.
