Multi-Competence – A Talk on Multilingualism

Details: On Tuesday 24 June at 18:00, Professor Rita Franceschini from the trilingual Free University of Bozen will give a talk on the cognitive and cultural aspects of individual multilingualism, starting out with language biographies of multilinguals and neurobiological studies in South Tyrol.

In her presentation Prof. Francesschini will also discuss implications for cognition and for multilingual universities. The talk will be given in German with a support in another University language. The presentation is organised by Rahel Stoike-Sy and Sabine Ehrhart and takes place within the “Mardis du Plurilinguisme”, chaired by Sabine Ehrhart and Michael Langner (Institute of Research on Multilingualism, University of Luxembourg).
