Details: Utopia S.A. is organising the Ciné Breakfast that is taking place on Sunday 4 May 2014 at Ciné Utopia in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg.
The Ciné Breakfast offer comprises five films that are being screened simultaneiusly at 11:00, with the cinema open from 10:30 for breakfast. The five films include:
- Le Vieux qui ne voulait pas fêter son anniversaire (FR) - "The 100 year-old man who climbed out a window and disappeared": a dynamite expert's life and the unlikely events when he escapes from a retirement home
- Zwei Leben (DE): As the Berlin Wall crumbles, Katrine, the daughter of a Norwegian woman and a German occupation soldier, finds her idyllic life disrupted as she refuses to testify a trial against the Norwegian state on behalf of her fellow "war children."
- Sabotage (EN): Members of an elite DEA task force find themselves being taken down one by one after they rob a drug cartel safe house.
- Rio 2 (DE): It's a jungle out there for Blu, Jewel and their three kids after they're hurtled Rio de Janeiro to the wilds of the Amazon. As Blu tries to fit in, he goes beak-to-beak with the vengeful Nigel, and meets the most fearsome adversary of all: his father-in-law (animated).
- The Amazing Catfish (EN): Claudia, a lonely young woman, works in a supermarket. One night, she ends up in the hospital with a severe case of appendicitis. There, she meets Martha, the woman resting in the bed next to hers. Martha, who lives alone with her four children, gains Claudia's trust. When she gets out of the hospital, she spontaneously offers Claudia to go home with them. Getting to know this family makes Claudia feel at ease. And for the first time she experiences a sense of belonging in this peculiar little tribe. As Martha's health weakens every day the bond Claudia has with each member of the family grows stronger.
