Details: The Danish Deli is putting on a special Danish Easter Lunch on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 April 2014 from 11:30
to 15:00 both days.
The menu includes:
- four kinds of herring from Christianopigens sild with homemade curry salad, onions and capers
- eggs with shrimps and homemade lemon mayonnaise
- smoked salmon from Fano Laks with marinated asparagus
- lamb meat roll from Slagter Munch in Skagen with aspic and onions
- warm homemade Danish Leverpostej with mushrooms and bacon
- roast beef with Danish Deli remoulade and fried onions
- spinach pie
- lamb meatballs with feta and herbs
- selection of cheeses and grapes
- strawberry dessert
- rye bread, cold-raised wheat bread and biscuits
