Details: One man, one day, one euro ! What if you could create a company on your own, within one day, with one single euro?
A “111 company” is a nice slogan and for the introduction of the "simplified Sàrl", based on a study issued by the Chambre de Commerce and part of the new Government's current programme.
AMCHAM is organising a lively and interactive discussion to discover what "111 company" is really about, what opportunities for business growth it would bring and why it should be launched by the government now.
Hear from entrepreneurs, representatives and mentors, ask your questions and participate in the debate. The panel will include:
- Mr Vincent Heiff – A start-up specialist from the Chambre de Commerce de Luxembourg
- Mr. Mate HORVÁTH – An entrepreneur who founded Project Bike and has firsthand perspective on overcoming capital requirements to start a small business.
- Mr. Marc Meyer – An entrepreneur, chartered accountant and founder of Fiduciare de Grand-Duché de Luxembourg who will share with us his deep knowledge of all sides of entrepreneurial dilemmas in Luxembourg
- Mrs. Cristina Picco – An entrepreneur from the Impactory, who started Mamie-et-moi, a cottage-industry e-business with a wonderful story of overcoming bureaucratic adversity
- Mrs. Karen Schintgen – A start-up specialist from BGL-BNP Paribas and LuxFutureLab
This event will take place on 4 February at 18:30 at BGL BNP Paribas, Agence Monterey (entrance by Rue Notre Dame) and will be followed by a networking cocktail on the roof graciously sponsored by BGL BNP Paribas.
