The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) will host a Kitchen Table Conversation on Neurodiversity in Leadership and the Workplace on Thursday 24 September 2026, at the International School of Luxembourg in Luxembourg-Hollerich.
The event, organised by the People & Leadership Group of the BCC, will begin at 17:30 on Thursday 24 September and will explore one of today's most important leadership conversations: neurodiversity.
The BCC asks: “Every organisation is built around assumptions about how people think, communicate, learn and lead. But what happens when those assumptions do not reflect everyone's reality? How do we create workplaces where different ways of thinking are not merely accommodated, but genuinely valued?”
The evening will take the form of a Kitchen Table Conversation: an intimate, facilitated dialogue designed to encourage open, respectful and thought-provoking discussion. Rather than listening to a panel of experts, participants will be invited into a shared conversation where lived experience, professional insight and genuine curiosity come together around the table. This will be facilitated by Virginia Anderson, CEO, Matrix Consulting.
The event will also welcome Prince Louis of Luxembourg, whose personal experience with dyslexia has led him to become a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, inclusion and supporting individuals in the workplace. Alongside him, Dr Michel Rayman will bring his professional expertise to the discussion, helping attendees to explore neurodiversity through both a human and a scientific lens. Andrew Zacharias, Country Head for Luxembourg at Agilité, will brings a unique perspective on neurodiversity through the lens of workplace design, and Toby Higson, Coach & Founder, The Language Partnership and Alexia Hetzel, Founder, mondaycoach , will add further perspectives and expertise to the conversation. Together, attendees will be invited to rethink how organisations recognise talent, create belonging and enable people with different cognitive profiles to thrive.

Dr Michel Rayman is an internationally recognised expert in AI governance, digital governance and enterprise architecture. Holding a Ph.D. in Law, Science and Technology, he has worked at the intersection of technology, innovation and public policy throughout his career. Drawing on his own experience with dyslexia, Dr Rayman is passionate about helping organisations better understand neurodiversity and the value that different ways of thinking bring to leadership, innovation and problem-solving. His unique combination of technical expertise and lived experience offers a compelling perspective on creating workplaces where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
Andrew Zacharias draws on nearly 20 years of experience in commercial interiors and workplace strategy, he explores how thoughtful, neuro-inclusive environments can help people with different cognitive styles feel supported, valued and able to do their best work. His work challenges the idea of a "one-size-fits-all" office and demonstrates how designing for human diversity benefits everyone. how organisations recognise talent, create belonging and enable people with different cognitive profiles to thrive.
Toby Higson is an ICF PCC accredited Communication Coach and Neurodiversity Specialist who has delivered over 10,000 hours of coaching/training across Luxembourg and beyond. He coaches and writes extensively on what it means to communicate effectively in today’s working environment and in helping people who feel anxious, blocked or different to find ways to move forward in the workplace. Toby is passionate about optimising the strengths of neurodivergent teams. He has coached a diverse range of clients across Europe; including multinationals in manufacturing, logistics, finance, IT and legal sectors, European and governmental institutions (EIB, Luxembourg Chambre de Commerce, Bank of England, NHS and the UK Parliament).
