Luxembourg-based artist and certified Kundalini yoga teacher Krystyna Dul is organising an open Kundalini yoga session to help participants tap into their emotions and creativity.
The 90-minute session will take place at the Centre d'art Dominique Lang in Dudelange on Saturday 17 January 2026 at 10:00.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Participants should bring a yoga mat, yoga bolster or a pillow for sitting, a blanket and a bottle of water.
The session is free of charge. The number of places is limited; to secure a spot, send an email to krystynadul@gmail.com.
