The next edition of the English-language Luxembourg Comedy Showcase, hosted by Lux Comedy and Joe Eagan Comedy Productions, will take place on Thursday 20 February 2025 at Le Croque Bedaine in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg at 20:00.
Irish stand-up comedian, Aideen McQueen, who reached the final of the “funny Funny” comedy competition after just her third gig, will headline the event.
The main support act will be Luxembourg-based former social scientist turned writer/comedian Deepu Dileepan, originally from India. Other supporting acts are Ken Park (Luxembourg) and Marta Correia (Portugal).
The MC host for the evening event will be Jim Williams (USA).
The organisers described headliner Aideen McQueen as one of Ireland's top female stand-up comics. After reaching the final of the “funny Funny” comedy competition, she started to perform all over Ireland in clubs such as the International and The Laughter Lounge. “Prepare to be captivated by her quick wit, sassy persona and side-splitting humour,” said the organisers. Aideen also has a background in professional music (singer and guitarist) and is one of the Irish language Gaelic's foremost proponents.
