Details: The Lux Future Lab hosted by BGL BNP Paribas has announced that it is hosting a Pitching Day on Friday 28 June 2013 from 10:30, at which 12 start-up from Le Camping/Paris and 3 Luxembourg start-ups (2 from the Lux Future Lab + one from LBAN) will pitch for investors.
Le Camping is a business incubator (supported in part by BNP Paribas) which selects 12 companies (out of +/- 200 applications) and provides these start-ups with an intensive 6 months coaching programme. After this incubation phase the start-ups have to leave Le Camping to be on their own. To support this next step, Le Camping organises a Pitching Tour taking the start-ups from Sillicon Valley to London to Berlin and now this year to Luxembourg!
The opportunity will be used to market to these mostly French companies the advantages of Luxembourg which is why the Chamber of Commerce, Luxinnovation, Technoport, and PwC have joined BGL BNP Paribas to promote the event in Luxembourg and also in the Greater Region. Luxembourg's Minister of the Economy and Trade, Etienne Schneider, will also attend.
The pitching event will take place at the location of the Lux Future Lab which by now hosts 11 start-ups and recently welcomed one of the most successful French start-ups, Leetchie.
