On Tuesday 11 March 2025, British pianist Jools Holland will perform at Opderschmelz in Dudelange; doors open at 19:00.
Synopsis: Prepare for an intimate evening, where the magic of Jools Holland's piano mastery intertwines seamlessly with the captivating harmonies of his talented companions. Indulge in the ultimate musical experience as Jools Holland takes center stage, accompanied by Louise Marshall and Sumudu Jayatilaka...Holland is known for his versatile piano skills across various genres including jazz, blues, and boogie-woogie. He is also recognised as the host of the BBC Two music programme "Later... with Jools Holland", where he showcases a wide range of musical talents. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous artists (such as Sting, Eric Clapton or Tom Jones) and is considered a prominent figure in the music industry. One of his latest projects was the collaboration with Sir Rod Steward on a musical journey called Swing Fever, which came out 23rd February 2024.
