Details:

The 2021/22 season of the Théâtres de la Ville de Luxembourg will conclude with a performance of Ukrainian band Dakh Daughters' new show "Danse Macabre" at Théâtre des Capucins on Tuesday 5 July 2022 at 20:00.

Danse Macabre is an urgent need for creation and art, to stand together against war. Ukrainian artists Vlad Troistkyi, Tetiana Troistka and the Dakh Daughters arrived in France in March 2022, hosted by the Préau Centre Dramatique National de Normandie - Vire in France, to flee the war in their country. Together, they created a new theatrical and musical show, a testimony to their uprooting, to the stories and suffering experienced during the war. It is also an ode to love and peace.

This 1.5-hour performance will take place in Ukrainian with English and French surtitles.

Tickets cost between €8 and €20 (€8 for youth); free entry with Kulturpass. Further information and reservations online at: https://theatres.lu/fr/node/392, via email: info@luxembourgticket.lu or via tel.: 47 08 95-1.

This performance is taking place in the presence of the Luxembourg Red Cross and Caritas Luxembourg, which will collect donations on site in order to respond to humanitarian needs in Ukraine.
