On Friday 30 September, Prime Minister, Xavier Bettel joined State Street, the largest fund administrator in Luxembourg*, for the launch of the company’s Pride and Ally Network on their premises in Kirchberg.

The programme included special guest speakers such as Gabriele Schneider, president of Cigale - the primary LGBT association in Luxembourg as well as State Street’s own pride and ally leaders. The programme outlined how employees at State Street can play an active role in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

We feel very honoured by the Prime Minister’s presence at the launch of our Pride and Ally Network,” said Marty Dobbins, Managing Director, Head of State Street in Luxembourg. “Our employees have done an incredible job making State Street an inclusive workplace. The launch of our network is a key milestone as we continue on our journey supporting diversity and inclusion.”
