Employees of the Brasserie Bofferding in Bascharage will now benefit from a favourable agreement signed yesterday by the LCGB and OGB-L trade unions and the national brewery.
This collective agreement will last for three years, and will be applicable from 1 January 2016 until 31 December 2018. The staff will benefit from the following linear increases:
- €0.15 linear increase in the hourly wage in 2016 (€25.95 per month)
- €0.20 in linear increase in the hourly wage in 2017 (€34.6 per month)
- €0.25 linear increase in the hourly wage in 2018 (€43.25 per month)
The annual premium of €175 payable in June, which has formed part of the collective agreement for several years, has been fully integrate into the salary scale of brewery employees in order to enhance the work and daily commitment of employees.
