On Thursday 16 October 2025, LALUX&DKV and LUNEX announced a strategic partnership to promote the new Certificate in Business Psychology, designed to enhance employee performance and wellbeing.
According to LALUX&DKV and LUNEX, the initiative aims to foster healthier, more resilient and high-performing workplaces by integrating evidence-based psychological and economic principles and, through this collaboration, aims to promote organisational environments that improve employee performance, prevent psychosocial risks and support long-term wellbeing at work.
The course is taught in English across one full day and four afternoons (24 hours in total), combining interactive sessions, case studies and expert-led discussions to help professionals tackle workplace challenges and design strategies that enhance performance through improved health, engagement and motivation, with applications in strategic planning, HR, behaviour, coaching, consulting and workplace health and safety.

The next cycle of the Certificate in Business Psychology will begin with an online introductory session on 20 January 2026, followed by module afternoons on 30 January, 27 February, 27 March, 24 April and a full-day session on 20 May. Courses will take place primarily at the Chambre de Commerce in Luxembourg, with the final day taking placce at LUNEX in Differdange.
