Thursday 21 November 2024 marked the official opening of the Moxy Luxembourg Airport hotel in Findel.

The opening party took place at the new hotel on Thursday evening, with guest speakers Yuriko Backes, Luxembourg's Minister of Defence, Minister for Mobility and Public Works and Minister for Gender Equality and Diversity, and Satya Anand, President for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Marriott. Alexander Flassak, CEO at lux-Airport, and Margaux Cristini, General Manager at Moxy Luxembourg Airport, were also among those present.

The speeches were followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Last month, Marriott International had announced its entry into the Luxembourg market with the opening of Moxy Luxembourg Airport as well as the future Luxembourg Marriott Hotel Alfa, which is set to open at the end of 2024.
