They confirmed that the airline remains in close contact with its passengers, local authorities, partners and the Luxembourg Embassy in Spain, adding "Fortunately, according to the
available information at this time, neither Luxair's passengers in the area nor its partners on-site have been impacted, and flights are currently unaffected"
.

While flights to Valencia (on Mondays and Fridays) are currently scheduled to operate as planned, Luxair’s teams are closely observing the situation and they confirmed that necessary adjustments will be made if needed to ensure the continued safety of passengers and staff.

Luxair’s teams will proactively contact customers scheduled to fly to Valencia on Friday 1 November and Monday 4 November, to offer support in case of need. Additionally, special assistance requests may be sent by email: contact.csr@luxairgroup.lu. The airline made the reassurance that "each one of them will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and help will be provided wherever possible".
