Luxembourg's Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs have announced that restrictions / health measures applicable for air travel to Luxembourg are being extended until 18 December 2021.

Originally such measures were applicable until 18 October; this period has been extended by two months.

In addition to the changes made to the COVID-19 law, the health rules applicable for air travel to Luxembourg have been adapted to be applicable only to people aged over 12 years and two months. The main point is that all air travellers must be able to present either a vaccination certificate, a negative PCR test result that is less than 72 hours old, or a negative antigen test result that is less than 48 hours old, or proof of recovery from COVID-19 within the past 6 months.
