Luxair has announced the opening of its new travel agency at Luxembourg Airport.
Luxair is adding one more surface to its usual sale points with the opening of a travel agency in the departure hall of Luxembourg Airport. This agency is an addition to its first space exclusively dedicated to the sale of Luxair and LuxairTours flights and stays, located in Munsbach.
Reservations of flights and holiday packages will be possible from this Friday 13 November 2020, with a more complete range of services set to be offered in 2021. The agency is open from Monday to Sunday, from 05:00 to 21:00 and respects the sanitary measures currently in place.
With a “tailor-made”, multilingual service, the Luxair and LuxairTours travel experts will advise and support customers in the organisation of their future holidays.
To allow customers to make the most out of this getaway moment, Luxair will offer one and a half hour's free parking on levels -1 to -4 of the airport underground car park.
Customers can either make an appointment to visit the Luxair sale points or get advice and book via video call or tel.: 2456-1.
Customers can also visit the travel agency in Munsbach, located at the Luxair headquarters (25 Rue Gabriel Lippmann), which is open Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
These two sale points will undergo a makeover under the “Luxair Travel Store” brand, a concept that will be revealed in 2021 and which aims to allow customers to immerse themselves even more in the world of travel.
