After repeated meetings over the last 24 hours between Cargolux Management and the OGB-L, CLSC and LCGB trade unions, an amicable agreement on the new Collective Work Agreement (CWA) for the staff of Cargolux Airlines was finally achieved between all concerned parties.
The new CWA will be valid for three years.

"With the agreement, we achieve a significant improvement in the flexibility and economic efficiency of Cargolux and send a strong signal for the job security at Cargolux and increased competitiveness of Luxembourg as a leading logistic hub in Europe."
