Following the decision yesterday by a number of countries to suspend flights to and from Sharm el-Sheik in Egypt following the recent crash involving a Russian plane over the Sinai, Luxair has confirmed that they have not flown over the Sinai since the end of the 2013 summer season and therefore none of their flights are affected.

Luxair continues to fly LuxairTours flights to and from two other Egyptian resorts, and has not flown to/from Sharm el-Sheik since November 2014.
