Luxembourg City to Host 2nd Edition of Design Market in June

The City of Luxembourg (VdL) will host the second edition of the Design Market event set to take place on Sunday 15 June 2025, from 10:30 to 18:00, at the Design Hub in the Luxembourg-Gare district (42-44 Rue de Hollerich).

Beyond its role as a workspace dedicated to professionals in the creative industries, the Design Hub will be transformed into a meeting space “celebrating design and creativity, thanks to the involvement of its resident designers.”

Applications are open until Sunday 6 April 2025 for individuals working within Luxembourg’s design ecosystem in fields such as product design, accessories, fashion items, illustration and visual communication. Interested applicants can submit their applications free of charge via the online form available at designhub.vdl.lu.

According to the VdL, to ensure a diverse and high-quality selection, both professionals and students pursuing higher education in design are encouraged to apply. Each participant will be provided with a 3x3-metre stand to showcase and sell their creations or services.

Inaugurated in October 2023, the Design Hub in Luxembourg City offers temporary workspaces (maximum duration of eleven months) at affordable rent for creative entrepreneurs. “The space fosters an environment conducive to creation, co-working and experience sharing. By bringing together professionals from various creative fields under one roof, the Design Hub provides a unique networking opportunity, facilitating long-term synergies and collaborations that contribute to the cultural and economic appeal of the capital,” the VdL said in the statement.
