The Diplomatic Council (DC) Luxembourg ASBL has announced that it is organising a workshop on the Raising Awareness on Power (RAP) Workbook, in collaboration with EOLAS and RHIZOMA, at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg-Kirchberg on Monday 16 September 2024 from 14:30 to 17:00.
As DC Luxembourg explained, the RAP project is dedicated to empowering youth professionals by enhancing their awareness of power dynamics in their work with young people by equipping educators, coaches, psychologists, counsellors, social workers and other youth professionals with knowledge and tools. RAP aims to foster inclusive environments that respect and reflect the diversity of the youth they serve.
This workshop will introduce the newly developed RAP Workbook, a resource designed to guide professionals in self-reflection and the establishment of professional settings that address the complexities inherent in youth work. Further information is available at https://rap-powerdynamics.org/.
