The 46th Fête du Crémant, celebrating Luxembourg’s sparkling wine tradition with live music, tastings and cultural activities, will take place in Remich from Saturday 16 to Sunday 17 August 2025.
A highlight of the programme will be the Miss Crémant de Luxembourg 2025 contest, taking place on Sunday. Organised by the Confrérie du Crémant de Luxembourg, the annual competition selects an ambassador to represent and promote Luxembourg’s Crémant culture throughout the year.
According to the organisers, Miss Crémant de Luxembourg aims to “celebrate beauty and elegance” while offering contestants an opportunity to showcase their “individuality, passions and skills”.
The contest consists of two rounds. In the first, each participant introduces herself to the audience in a brief exchange with the presenters, typically covering topics such as profession and hobbies. In the second round, contestants appear before the jury in evening wear, with organisers inviting the public to “experience how our participants shine in various categories.”
The contest is open to participants aged eighteen and over who have not previously taken part in Miss Crémant de Luxembourg. Registrations is open until Saturday 16 August 2025 at 17:00.
Participants will have the opportunity to receive prize money, with first place awarded €1,000, second place €500, third place €250 and €100 granted to all subsequent places.
