Eltrona GiGA LOVE campaign at Cloche d'Or;

On Friday 14 February 2025, St Valentine’s Day, the GiGA LOVE marketing campaign, organised by Luxembourg telecommunications company, Eltrona, took place in various locations in Luxembourg City.

According to a press release, the marketing initiative was part of a communication strategy aimed at strengthening brand awareness, generating direct interactions with the public and supporting the commercial objectives related to the GiGA LOVE internet offer.

The campaign, which also included the use of several media channels and interactive content, encouraged public engagement and increased visibility of GiGA LOVE.

The company distributed 8,000 roses around Luxembourg City, including at the Central Station, Cloche d'Or shopping centre, Auchan shopping centre in Luxembourg-Kirchberg and in Hamilius. There were also interactive and sensory installations, including rose hearts in bus shelters, a floral cube at the Cloche d’Or shopping centre, and themed adverts in local newspapers/magazines.

As reported in the press release, the GiGA LOVE campaign achieved the following:
-  increased brand awareness and key attributes by generating visibility through traditional and digital communication channels, while highlighting Eltrona’s core values;
-  created engagement and interaction with the public: the distribution of roses encouraged thousands of direct contacts. Almost 3,000 entries to the competition via the QR codes printed on the roses were received;
-  collected relevant data for future marketing actions.

Steve Deneef, Head of Marketing & Communication at Eltrona, said: "This operation has far exceeded our expectations. Our goal in launching this project was simple: to spread happiness and show that Eltrona is much more than just a telecom operator. Thanks to innovative media and the distribution of 8,000 roses, we created a strong connection with our target audience, generating many positive emotions and thousands of smiles. This campaign perfectly illustrates our strategy: to bring the brand closer to its customers while asserting our differences. At Eltrona  we aim to bring simplicity, transparency and freedom to our customers".

Luana Mantrisi, Marketing & Communication Officer at Eltrona, stated: "Observing the direct impact of our actions on the ground demonstrated the power of an approach focused on experiential and relational marketing. This campaign proved that innovative and immersive devices can truly capture attention and foster lasting engagement with our audiences".
