Datacenter Luxembourg has announced its entry into the capital of LuxNetwork; the two companies have thus confirmed their partnership, already initiated in December 2016.

This partnership will allow the emergence of a new major player in the cloud and telecommunications sector in Luxembourg, bringing together 35 employees for a turnover of more than €17 million.

Manuel Coelho, CEO of Datacenter Luxembourg, commented: "Following our first collaboration three years ago, this next phase was inevitable. It emphasises not only a strong desire of the two companies to align and create more synergies that will benefit our customers, but also to contribute to the evolution of the Luxembourg Telecommunications landscape and to position ourselves strongly in Europe".

Indeed, the partnership aims to strengthen the positioning, visibility and know-how of each entity on the national market and to increase their international competitiveness.

Luc Lutot, CEO of LuxNetwork, added: "This partnership between our two companies is a continuation of the relationship we have built and nurtured since December 2016. We have now reached a new stage of growth that will position a major player within the Luxembourg Telecommunications sector".

The alliance of 20 years of experience in server colocation, coupled with information systems hosting and a strong expertise in connectivity services, aims to consolidate a new, full-service and key player on the market.

Founded in 2000, Datacenter Luxembourg is an Internet service provider; LuxNetwork is a provider of connectivity services for businesses in Luxembourg, founded in 2012.
