From 12 to 14 April 2019, Luxembourg swimmer Raphaël Stacchiotti will launch his next attack on the A-norm for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, by competing in the Swim Cup Einhoven .

In Einhoven, the 27-year-old will participate in the 200m freestyle (Friday), 100m breast stroke (Saturday ) and 200m medley (Sunday) races. In the 200m freestyle, the Luxembourg elite swimmer will compete alongside national teammate Pit Brandenburger for the fastest time in terms of a start at the World Cup from 21 to 28 July in South Korea's Gwangju. Brandenburger recorded a new best time in Bergen (01:50.17 minutes).

Finally, Raphaël Stacchiotti will participate in the 100m breast stroke in preparation for the 200m races. Here his best time is 01:03.34 minutes, recorded at the 2018 National Championships.
