The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), Luxembourg's financial regulator, has announced that the Luxembourg Bourse has suspended trading in financial instruments on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange concerning a number of Greek companies, as follows:

- ALPHA BANK AE
- EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A.
- GREECE (THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC)
- HELLENIC RAILWAYS
- NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.
- NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE FUNDING LIMITED
- PIRAEUS BANK S.A.

This announcement comes following a decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), the competent authority of Greece, to suspend from trading securities (including Greek government bonds) listed on the ATHEX regulated market, the Multilateral Trading Facility of “EN.A” (Alternative Market of the Athens Exchange) as well as on the Electronic Secondary Market “HDAT” and all the related financial instruments.
