The Greek Cine Club Luxembourg has announced that it will screen the film "Dignity" (Greece, 2022, 75 min, colour) on Tuesday 19 March at 19:00 and on Wednesday 20 March at 21:00 at Ciné Utopia in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg.
Directed by Dimitris Katsimiris, the film will be screened in the original Greek version with English subtitles. Not suitable for children under 16.
Synopsis: On the day of their ailing, elderly father's birthday, the reunion of three siblings leads to an intense confrontation after which their lives can no longer remain the same.

About the director
Dimitris Katsimiris was born and raised in Rhodes. He has studied and worked as a social worker. In recent years he lives and works in Athens as a writer and director in theatre and cinema. He has written two theatrical plays My Suicide (2014), The Fetus (2015) and he has directed the award-winning short films Birthday (2016), Mum, I’m back (2017) and Fake News (2018). His first feature film Dignity (2022) got the Audience Award at the 63rd Thessaloniki Film Festival.
