To mark Amazon’s 20th anniversary in Luxembourg, the Make Amazon Pay platform is screening a documentary at Rotondes in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie on Wednesday 17 January 2024.
In The Great Amazon Heist, Oobah Butler, a British writer and filmmaker with a habit of pulling pranks, intends to challenge Amazon.
After the screening, members of the Make Amazon Pay Platform (ASTM, CELL, etika, déi Lénk, déi jonk Lénk, OGBL, RFC, CISE) will discuss Amazon’s impact on working conditions, taxation and the environment with the audience.
This 2023 documentary written by Dave Kneebone, Josh Reynolds and Benjamin Zand and produced in the United Kingdom is recommended for the age of sixteen and upwards.
The screening is free of charge and will take place on Wednesday 17 January 2024 at 19:00.
