IKO Real Estate has announced the arrival of a new KIKO Milano store in the Opkorn shopping centre in Differdange.

On Friday 15 November 2024, the international cosmetic brand, KIKO Milano, will inaugurate its fifth point of sale in Luxembourg in the Opkorn shopping centre, owned by IKO Real Estate.

According to the real estate developer, this new arrival enriches Opkorn's beauty offer and responds to growing demand in the region. The shop opening forms part of a broader strategy aimed at diversifying the shopping experience and offering visitors a range of products that is increasingly tailored to their expectations.

IKO Real Estate also reported that the shopping centre in Differdange is continuing its expansion. Opkorn recorded positive results for the second quarter of 2024, with footfall increasing by 9.34% compared to the same period in 2023.
