Luxembourg supermarket chain Cactus has partnered with EatHappy, a German company specialising in the preparation of fresh sushi and Asian snacks in supermarkets; a first EatHappy sushi installation in Cactus Howald was officially inaugurated on Wednesday.
Cactus Howald has installed a specially designed workshop where sushi, maki, sashimi and other Asian specialities are freshly prepared before customers' eyes. These dishes can be taken away to eat at home or the office. The installation aims to meet a growing demand for fresh and healthy takeaway meal solutions.
Concerned about the origin of ingredients, EatHappy selects its products by ensuring the respect of sustainable development principles.
EatHappy's fresh sushi-boxes are now available at Cactus Howald.
