Auchan Recalls "Pollen en Pelotes" Product due to Glass Presence

Luxembourg's food safety authorities have announced the recall of the product "Pollen en Pelotes" from the Lune de Miel brand from Auchan due to the possible presence of glass pieces.

Auchan informed the food safety authorities that the Lune de Miel product "Pollen en Pelotes" has been withdrawn from sale due to the potential presence of fragments of glass.

Whilst the product in question has since been withdrawn from Auchan stores, some consumers have already bought the product.

Consequently, Luxembourg's food safety authorities have recommended that consumers no longer consume the following product: French brand Lune de Miel's "Pollen en Pelotes" (250g glass jar), packaged by Famille Michaud Apiculteurs (Domaine Saint Georges, 9 chemin de Berdoulou, 64290 Gan) with the expiry dates 01/07/2021, 01/09/2021, 29/11/2021, 01/08/2021 and 29/11/2020. The affected product has the barcode 3 088540 006468 and lot numbers 1035781, 1038535, 1035169, 1037540 and 1035211.

Only products with the specified lot numbers and expiry dates are affected.
