As is tradition, the Bofferding and Battin Christmas beers are back as the holiday season approaches.

These beers of conviviality and sharing are always appreciated by lovers of spicy flavours and fragrant scents. They even say they are the fruit of an old brewing tradition several centuries old...

The tradition of Christmas beer does indeed dates back to the eighteenth century. The brewers of the time emptied their reserves of barley and hops in the autumn to accommodate the summer harvest. The beer brewed was the Christmas beer. They say brewers offered only this beer to their preferred customers, or to their employees.

The Christmas beers of Bofferding and Battin delight the taste buds with their dense foam, their pleasant bitterness and roasted malt scent: they also go particularly well with high culinary specialties in winter.

Bofferding Christmas is available in six-packs and six-clips (returnable glass). Battin Christmas is only available in six-packs. And for lovers of draft beer, they are also available on tap in all caféS offerign the two beers.
