The Johnny Cash Roadshow is set to make a stop at the Rockhal in Luxembourg on 9 April 2019 at 20:30.

The Johnny Cash Roadshow will pay tribute to one of Johnny Cash's most beloved albums, "At San Quentin", on the 50th anniversary of its release.

Released in 1969, "At San Quentin" was the second in a series of albums recorded live at US prisons and contains hits such as "A Boy Named Sue", "Wanted Man" and "Starkville City Jail". Performed live at San Quentin State Prison in California, it holds special significance for British fans as it was filmed by Granada TV for a documentary about Johnny Cash.

The album was a hit among fans and critics alike, topping the Billboard charts and nominated for a number of Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year. It went on to win Best Male Country Vocal Performance for "A Boy Named Sue".

At the Rockhal, the Johnny Cash Roadshow will pay homage to "At San Quentin" performing a set list featuring its top hits. While the show may be different, audiences will still get the incredibly authentic, theatrical experience expected from roadshow. Fronted by singer/songwriter Clive John, the show is all-singing and all-dancing featuring costumes mirroring those of Cash during the San Quentin performance and even two original Johnny Cash harmonicas.
