The Luxembourg City Tourist Office has announced the Concerts de Midi programme for March and April, which started on 3 March 2017 with a performance by Ebony 5t.
The next Concert de Midi, organised for 10 March, will feature Luxembourgish and European champions, the young UGDA soloists (Lauréats du concours luxembourgeois et européen pour jeunes solistes de l’UGDA). This event will take at the Eglise Protestante (5 rue de la Congrégation), from 12:30.
Other upcoming Concerts de Midi include La Boca on 17 March and Musique Militaire Grand-Ducale on 7 April, which will take place at the Salle Robert Krieps, Neimenster and Eglise Sacré-Coeur respectively.
The upcoming Concerts de Midi are part of a series of lunchtime musical breaks organised all over the capital by the Luxembourg City Tourist Office in collaboration with the Ville de Luxembourg and the Ministry of Culture, as well as the Eglise Protestante, the Eglise Sacré-Coeur, the Conservatoire de la Ville and Neimenster. The series is a pleasant lunchtime alternative for music amateurs who wish to escape time during their lunch break.
The concerts all begin at 12:30 and entry is free of charge.
