The Grand Ducal Police reported that a motorist was seriously injured after crashing into a tree in north-eastern Luxembourg on Sunday.
At around 19:20 on Sunday, a motorist lost control of his car (reportedly due to feeling unwell) while driving along Rue Etang Michelbach in Erpeldange-sur-Sûre. He drove through a barrier and collided head-on with a tree.
Rescue services extracted the seriously injured victim, who was the sole occupant of the car, from the vehicle, and took him to hospital following on-site first aid.
