Luxembourg's National Roads Administration has announced that works related to the renewal of the wearing course on the A13 motorway will be undertaken from Friday 18 to Monday 21 September 2020.

From 21:00 on Friday until 06:00 the following Monday, the A13 between the Croix de Bettembourg and the Kayl Interchange in the direction of Foetz will be closed to traffic. The access road leading to the Burange interchange from the N31 and towards Foetz from the A13 will also be closed during this period.

Traffic coming from the A3 (Metz) or the A13 (Schengen) and towards Burange or Kayl will be diverted from the Croix de Bettembourg via the Hellange interchange, the N13 and the CR161 until the Burange interchange and via the N31, N13, CR165 and CR164 to the Kayl interchange.

Traffic coming from the A3 (Metz) or the A13 (Schengen) and in the direction of the A4 (Foetz) or Schifflange will be diverted via the A3, the Croix de Gasperich, the A6, the Croix de Cessange and the A4 towards the Esch junction.

Preparatory work relating to the closure of the access roads will begin around 20:00 on Friday.
