The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a road accident which took place on Monday morning in Everlange, in western Luxembourg, has resulted in serious injuries for the motorist involved.
Yesterday at around 07:20, a motorist was driving along Rue Principale in Everlange when he lost control of his vehicle and collided with a tree. The man was trapped in his vehicle and had to be rescued. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The road was completely closed to traffic during the rescue and recovery work, before reopening around 09:20.
