The Automobile Club du Luxembourg (ACL) has announced that customers wishing to subscribe to a Bip & Go electronic toll payment badge can now make an appointment for the first time with the ACL.
To serve its customers in complete safety, the ACL has adapted its operation regarding the sale of Bip & Go badges. Customers can make an appointment via tel.: 450045-1.
Those who already have a Bip & Go subscription and who want to change their subscription must make the changes themselves in their "subscriber area" on the bipandgo.com.
Customers who have a badge valid only for France and want to add Spain, Italy or Portugal should log into their online customer area on this site and make a request for a new badge. This also applies to customers whose badge is currently valid for France, Spain and Portugal and wishing to add Italy. They will then receive a new badge at their home and will have to return their old badge. Customers may also go to 87 Avenue Général Metman in Metz to request an exchange on site. Customers with a Bip & Go valid for France and Spain can add tolls for Portugal themselves in their subscriber area.
