Luxembourg racecar driver Dylan Pereira came in 5th place among fellow rookies at this past weekend's Nürburgring race, as part of the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany.

During two races in the Nürburgring circuit, the Luxembourger, who continues his first season as beginner (Rookie), made two excellent starts and finished in 5th place in the second race.

The Luxembourg driver completed a good practice session and went on to place ninth in the first race and eighth in the second overall. Among his fellow rookies, however, Dylan Pereira won 5th place in the second race, thus winning among the Rookies' classifications.

Although Dylan Pereira's goal in the German Porsche Carrera Cup is for training purposes, the Lechner Racing driver is ranked 6th overall in the championship, just seven points behind the fourth and leads the Rookies standings.

Dylan Pereira will continue training next weekend at the Zandvoort circuit in the Netherlands, where he will compete in two other races of the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany.
