Luxembourg-based electric utility company Encevo SA has announced that it acquired, on Wednesday 12 July 2023, the Nexxtmove activities of bankrupt Belgian electromobility and energy company Powerdale SA.
Encevo will thus take over the management, operation and exploitation of a platform that manages around 50,000 charging stations daily and a similar number of electric charging cards, as well as electromobility-related applications.
Diego Luxembourg SA, a 100% subsidiary of Encevo through Teseos Luxembourg, will operate the platform, which is currently used by large groups in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, among others.
