Luxembourg Mobility Company UFODRIVE Aims to Raise €1.6m in Crowdfunding

Luxembourg-based mobility company UFODRIVE has announced a crowdfunding campaign on the Seedrs investment platform.

At the time of writing, the company has reached 70% of its £1.5 million (over €1.6 million) objective, with 109 investors having contributed so far.

In 2018, UFODRIVE raised €2.6 million and has accelerated its growth over the past two years.

Aidan McClean, CEO of UFODRIVE, told Silicon Luxembourg: “UFODRIVE is in seventeen prime locations across eight countries in just two years. Despite COVID we have witnessed over 100% customer growth this year and plan to take advantage of the opportunity to accelerate".

He continued: “To accelerate growth, we are excited to announce our crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs. This is a unique opportunity for us to supercharge growth and build brand awareness by offering you and your network a chance to be part of the future. We have ambitious plans and this fundraising will allow us to build on our momentum to radically change Car Rental for the better and lead the way in the transition to Clean Mobility”.
