IEE SA, based in Bissin in the north of Luxembourg, has announced the initiation of the divestiture of ALL Circuits, a strategic decision supported by its shareholders.
The transaction involves the sale of 100% of ALL Circuits shares to DBG Technology, a global player in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector, headquartered in China. The divesture project is still ongoing, and further details will be divulged as they progress.
According to IEE, this divestiture is part of its ongoing strategy to focus on its core business, with an emphasis on accelerating investment in software-defined in-cabin sensing technologies, innovative Battery Management System (BMS) solutions, and smart health sensing technologies. By concentrating on these key growth areas, IEE aims to further solidify its leadership in the sensing sector and deliver cutting-edge solutions to its customers.
“We are confident that this divestiture will allow IEE to sharpen its focus on advancing our software-defined in-cabin sensing technologies, which are essential to meeting the evolving needs of the automotive industry” said Paul Schockmel, CEO of IEE. “I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the management and staff of ALL Circuits for their dedication and collaboration over the past decade. While we are divesting, ALL Circuits will remain a key partner in our EMS ecosystem moving forward.”
IEE reaffirmed that it remains committed to the continued growth of its core business and advancing the development of next-generation sensing solutions.
