On the proposal of Luxembourg's Minister of Sport, Romain Schneider, and by Grand-Ducal Decree of 1 September 2017, Charles Stelmes has been appointed Director of the Ecole Nationale de l'Europe Physical Education and Sports (ENEPS) with effect from 15 September 2017.
Charles Stelmes was born on 13 June 1979 and has been a teacher of physical education and sports at the Lycée des Garcons in Esch-sur-Alzette, at the Lycée technique de Bonnevoie and - since 2009 - at the Sportlycée.
Charles Stelmes succeeded Camille Dahm, who retired at the beginning of July 2017.
