Marie-Hélène Massard Joins Foyer Group as Deputy CEO

On Monday 15 January 2024, the Board of Directors and Management of Foyer S.A. announced the appointment of Marie-Hélène Massard as Deputy CEO of Foyer Group.

Currently Managing Director of AXA Banque (France) and CEO of AXA Luxembourg from 2012 to 2020, Marie-Hélène Massard will join the Executive Committee of Foyer S.A. as Deputy CEO in May 2024.

According to the company's statement, this strategic recruitment is part of the succession to Marc Lauer, current CEO of the Foyer Group, and underlines the long-term vision of the company. Ms Massard brings with her a wealth of experience in the insurance and financial sectors, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Luxembourg market. With her many human and professional qualities, Marie-Hélène Massard will contribute to the Group's strategic development and continued growth in the Luxembourg market and beyond.
