The Luxembourg law firm KLEYR │ GRASSO has announced the arrival of Jean-Philippe Drescher within its Corporate Finance department.

On Monday 1 March 2021, Jean-Philippe Drescher joined the Corporate Finance department of KLEYR │ GRASSO as a Partner.

Mr Drescher holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1997. He started and spent most of his career in the Big Four accounting firms, where he worked in Luxembourg and in New York. He founded a business law firm in 2011, which later joined a global network.

Over the course of his 20 years of experience, he specialised in big-scale cross-border transactions, such as group restructurings and investments, more specifically directed towards US companies, as well as in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also provides advice to local banks on investment fund issues in the private equity field.

Jean-Philippe Drescher’s role is to actively participate in the expansion and enlarged positioning of the Corporate Finance department of KLEYR │ GRASSO, both on an international level and in the local market.

Marc Kleyr, Managing Partner, stated that “the arrival of Jean-Philippe within the firm confirms our ambition to become an even more important player to assist foreign and local companies in their investment and development strategies by offering a more complete range of services and products”.
