LuxConnect, a private data centre operator created under the initiative of the Luxembourg government, has announced that it has launched the recruitment process of its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Roger Lampach joined LuxConnect as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in January 2007, right after the incorporation of the company. On 1 July 2021, he will step down as CEO, a position which he has held since 2015. From then on, Roger Lampach will devote his efforts to his mission as co-CEO of LuxProvide, a 100 % subsidiary of LuxConnect, with an advisory role to the new LuxConnect management during a transitional period. LuxProvide's CEO duo will have to tackle the challenges for the installation and operation of the first national supercomputer.

The recruitment of the new CEO for LuxConnect, which will continue its strategic repositioning, has just been launched. The company is looking for a leader to support the development of the company where social responsibility plays a key role.
