DSM Avocats à la Cour Appoints New Senior Associate, Compliance Officer

Luxembourg law firm DSM Avocats à la Cour announced today that Engin Doyduk, Attorney-at-law, and Mona Zarrinkar, Compliance Officer, have joined its team.

Holding a Masters in Law from the University of Lorraine, Engin Doyduk has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2008 and that of Metz since 2012. With more than fifteen years working with law firms in Luxembourg and France, as well as in French courts, Engin Doyduk joins DSM Avocats à la Cour as Senior Associate, in the following practice areas: Commercial and Business Law; Banking and Financial Law; Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions; Real Estate and Construction; Dispute Resolution.

Mona Zarrinkar is a certified Compliance Officer by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from the Luxembourg School of Finance, in addition to an Executive certificate from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Mona Zarrinkar began her career in the commercial investment banking department of large commercial banks in the Luxembourg marketplace. She then worked in an American bank and with a Big Four accounting firm prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour. Joining DSM Avocats à la Cour as Compliance Officer, she will be responsible for the firm’s risk management. She will also assist DSM clients with compliance, risk management and AML issues.
